Moving Time! January 12, 2007

Well this is my first post on WordPress. I have came over here after reccomendations from a fellow blogger, and also to the fact that my hit count has started playing up aswell. I can lean a little more about how to do things with WordPress as AOL was a little restrictive. Please let me know what you think of the new site when its finished as im not sure how to change anything yet, but i’ll get there.

One question. Is there a way to log in without going to the main wordpress page as i cant seem to do anything otherwise?

Mr Grumpy is thinking of changing his hosting for his blog, so I have a question for you: How do you enter your previous posts with the correct dates on them?

If you go and log in you should be able to add a login box to your sidebar in the ‘appearance’ section.

What i found that you do is that on the actual new message section, there is a box on the right about half way down that shows today’s date and time, you just need to change them to the actual date that they were posted and it will look like it was put up on that date.

I ended up moving to BlogSpot as their templates are more customisable. I’m starting my blog from scratch again… I don’t think I had any readers anyway.
Your blog is very interesting and makes good reading (to be honest I don’t read that many blogs) Keep posting
