		<description>It&#039;s great when you&#039;re not so bogged down with the paperwork that you get a chance to have a chat with the patient.  Unfortunately the new electronic patient report form, which allows easier auditing, is long winded and badly laid out so it gives you less time to talk to the patient.</description>
